Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SafeCanopy Lawton Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

SafeCanopy Lawton Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to:

  • Tree removal and trimming
  • Stump grinding and removal
  • Emergency tree services
  • Land and lot clearing
  • Tree health assessments and maintenance
  • Arborist consulting

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the property and trees in question.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen circumstances arise during service delivery, such as hidden hazards, unexpected property damage, or changes to the original scope of work. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or safety concerns.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the area is free of obstacles that could interfere with our equipment or personnel. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and any other items that could be damaged or pose a safety risk.

You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other hidden infrastructure before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground systems.

For your safety and ours, we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area while our crew is on site.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local ordinances or homeowners associations before we begin work. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but the responsibility for securing permits rests with the property owner.

If work must be delayed due to lack of required permits, additional scheduling fees may apply.

Liability and Insurance

SafeCanopy Lawton Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property during service delivery. We take every precaution to avoid property damage, but in the unlikely event that damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions, such as weak structures, underground utilities that were not marked, or damage caused by forces beyond our control (acts of nature, hidden defects, etc.).

You agree to hold harmless SafeCanopy Lawton Tree Service for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of your failure to follow safety instructions or provide accurate information about the property and work area.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all debris generated from our work, including logs, branches, and leaves. Cleanup includes raking and removal of material from the immediate work area.

Stump grinding includes grinding the stump below ground level and filling the hole with wood chips. Complete stump removal and hauling of grindings can be arranged for an additional fee.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to make it right.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after trimming or pruning, as tree health is influenced by many factors beyond our control, including weather, disease, pests, and soil conditions.

Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency tree services for situations involving immediate danger to people or property, such as trees that have fallen on structures or are at risk of falling.

Emergency services may be subject to additional fees due to after-hours scheduling and urgent response requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeCanopy Lawton Tree Service's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
